Shannon Lacy is in her second year as the Assistant Principal at Meadow Lake.  Shannon has worked at Meadow Lake for more than twenty years and has had many different roles over the years.  She worked at Adventure Club back in the day, then moved into the classroom and taught 5th and 3rd grade.  After that she became the PBIS coordinator for a number of years and the MTSS Behavior Support person before becoming Assistant Principal.

I believe no significant learning can happen without a significant relationship.
