Message From Our Principals

Hello Meadow Lake Families,

Our fall days are getting cooler! Please make sure your student comes to school dressed for the weather. Meadow Lake students go outside every day unless it’s raining or the temperature is below zero. Warm coats, hats, and mittens help keep everyone comfortable during recess.

At Meadow Lake, we value and respect the many cultures and traditions that make our school community special! We know that not everyone celebrates the same holidays, and we work hard to create an inclusive environment for all students. As a reminder, we do not wear costumes at school on Halloween. Instead, we’ll continue learning together and celebrating the season in ways that everyone can enjoy!

Safety is always one of our biggest priorities—especially on the bus. Please take a moment to remind your student to follow the bus rules and to show kindness and respect to others. Riding the bus is a privilege, and we want all Meadow Lake students to have a safe and positive experience each day!

We’re excited to share that Meadow Lake will be hosting a free dental clinic right here at school on October 30th and 31st! Students can receive free preventive dental services, including:

  • Toothbrush cleaning and scaling
  • Sealants
  • Fluoride varnish application
  • Oral hygiene instruction
  • Referrals to outside clinics for additional care
