Message From Our Principals

Over the past few weeks, our classrooms have been actively learning about bus safety. We’ve been emphasizing the importance of students remaining seated while riding the bus so that everyone can enjoy a safe journey to and from school. As part of this important learning, we will be holding a Bus Evacuation Drill on Wednesday, October 9. This drill ensures that all students know what to do in the event of an emergency and reinforces the safety procedures we've been practicing.

We're also excited to announce the launch of WIN Time—which stands for “What I Need.” Starting next week, students will participate in this dedicated period during the school day where they receive personalized instruction, support, or enrichment tailored to their individual needs. Guided by both data and teacher observations, WIN Time ensures every student gets the support necessary to grow and succeed.

A few important reminders:

  • Please do not send toys to school. Toys can be a distraction during the school day and may get lost or broken.

  • Snacks from home are not allowed. Due to the presence of food allergies among our students, we ask that no snacks be brought to school. Thank you for helping us keep all students safe.

Starting October 6, we are thrilled to offer all students the opportunity to participate in the Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Program. This program provides students with healthy fruit or vegetable snacks during the school day and encourages good nutrition and healthy habits.

Thank you for your continued support!
