Wrapping Up the Third Quarter

As we close out the third quarter, we want to take a moment to celebrate the hard work and achievements of our students. The quarter officially ended on March 21, and report cards will be sent home on April 11. We encourage families to review their child’s progress together and set goals for the final stretch of the school year. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to your child’s teacher.

Spring Break Reminder

Spring break is here! School will be closed from March 31 to April 4, and we hope our students and staff enjoy a well-deserved break. Whether you’re traveling, spending time with family, or just relaxing, we hope everyone returns refreshed and ready to finish the school year strong. Classes resume on Monday, April 7.

Minnesota Comprehensive Assessments (MCA) – Reading Tests

Students in grades 3, 4, and 5 will take the reading portion of the Minnesota Comprehensive Assessments (MCA) on April 9 and 10. These assessments help us measure student learning and growth. Families can support students by ensuring they get plenty of rest, eat a healthy breakfast, and arrive at school on time. Encouraging a positive mindset can also help students feel confident and prepared.

Looking Ahead: A Strong Finish to the School Year

With just one quarter left, we are excited about all the learning and activities ahead. From spring projects to field trips and special events, there is so much to look forward to. Let’s continue working together to make the last few months of school engaging and successful for all students.  Thank you for your partnership in supporting our students!
