Join Robbinsdale America Indian Education as we commemorate and honor the healing journey of American Indian families who were impacted by the residential boarding schools.
Orange Shirt Day is held annually on September 30. Also known as the National Day of Remembrance of Indigenous Schools, it began as a day to bring awareness to the trauma the residential school system inflicted upon Indigenous children, lifeways and cultures. Join us for a service of remembrance at West Medicine Lake Park, 1920 W. Medicine Lake Drive, Plymouth, MN 55441 from 5pm-6:30pm. Wear orange to show your support.
